We provide real estate appraisal service for estates, estate tax, sale, divorce, tax assessment and refinance up to a certain limit established by the federal government. We are prompt and professional and follow the guidelines established by the Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice. Our fees are competitive.

Miscellaneous Notes: All Doug Hayward appraisals are expected to comply with USPAP requirements. Standard underwriting guideline adherence, ie FNMA, FHLMC is desirable.

Each individual order should include specific lender requirements attached , if applicable

Initial Contact: Contact the customer within twenty four hours to set an appointment time.

Time Frames: The initial report, including necessary addendum, is expected within 48 hours after the property inspection. If this is not possible, we will contact you immediately. The original report is expected within five working days.

In most cases payment is expected at time of initial inspection.

Software: Doug Hayward uses PDF files via our website. We prefer to have all appraisals delivered electronically.
