The first movement will increase the energy and circulation through the brain and spine as well as improving your balance.
The second movement will tone your stomach area, hips, abdomen and thighs,
The third movement will diminish feelings of sorrow as well as increase lung capacity and work to eliminate congestion in the lungs.
The fourth movement will build muscle in the underarms and gludials.
The fifth movement will increase flexibility in the spine thus strengthening your back.
In short your mind body spirit will become a chorus or symphony of balance strength and flexibility.
The magic of this ritual is timeless , and will give you the sense of youthfulness.
