The connection between relaxation, stretching and breathing is well established

Yoga Journal 2000. Breathing is a life force that we cannot ignore, yet traditionally we

pay little or no attention to it. While practicing this fitness ritual be sure to pay attention to

every inhalation and exhalation as if it is the single most important thing you are

doing!! Inhale for strength, exhale for flexibility.

The ritual is comprised of five simple movements with variations for those are

are beginners. The first month only requires about four minutes a day while the second

month reqiures about 7 minutes a day. Therafter the entire ritual will take up anywhere

from 12 minutes to 20 minutes depending on you.

The first movement will increase the energy and circulation through the brain

and spine as well as improving your balance. The second movement will tone your

stomach area, hips, abdomen and thighs, The third movement will diminish feelings of

sorrow as well as increase lung capacity and work to eliminate congestion in the lungs.

The fourth movement will build muscle in the underarms and gludials. The fifth

movement will increse flexibility in the spine thus stregthening your back.

In short your mind body spirit will become a chorus or symphony of

balance strength and flexibility.

This ritual should be performed only to the extent possible. Regularity insures

success. Practice the ritual once a day, morning afternoon or evening. After using the

video for about 2 - 3 months you will no longer need it and will find a place in your home

that is quiet and pleasing ( a special place).

The magic of this riual is timeless , and will give you the sense of
