Heated Hatha involves a series of Yoga Postures ( asanas ) designed to increase endurance, enhance symetry, and build strength.
The breath is the glue , holding together the mind and spirit in the body .
By focusing on breath and movement simutaneously we are able to feel a tri-binding life experience .
Yoga is fun - You do not need to be flexible to do yoga, you gain flexibility by doing yoga .

"Non-Dual Yoga combines non-dual philosophy with vinyasa posture flows. We learn the posture flows by coupling them with the inhale and exhale of the breath.
