Kirtan practice involves chanting hymns or mantras to the accompaniment of instruments such as the harmonium

NANO Yoga is a gut busting intense whole person workout in about 15 minutes. The 15 minute asana practice is combined with a 10 minute Yoga Nidra ( Yogic Sleep ) to bring about a deep relaxation crossing many levels of conciosness. This class is FREE to Class card holders, otherwaise the class fee is $ 5.00

Just like an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This routine done 5 times a week will cleanse the internal organs and oxygenate the entire system, thus increasing your level of fitness. The key to NANO Yoga is its small time requirement and its efficiency in producing such great levels of balance, flexibility, toning, weight control and mental focus. Generally your blood pressure will stableize at a good level and your outlook on life will improve.

Heated Hatha involves a series of Yoga Postures ( asanas ) designed to increase endurance, enhance symmetry, and build strength.- Vigorous movements to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.The breath is the glue , holding together the mind and spirit in the body . By focusing on breath and movement simutaneously we are able to feel a tri-binding life experience .

Radical Release Yoga- Free flowing and warm moving generating a deep body cleansing.

Prana Vinyasa Flow Everything in life is vibration, moving in waves. Through this yoga practice we use breath and movement to synchronize the vibration waves that compose our entire being, helping us move closer to the source of our truth. BE HERE NOW Meditation & Yoga with Ann Gokieli is an organic, spontaneous class focused on shedding tension, anxiety, worry and stories of past and future, bringing you into the flow of the present moment, into NOW. The class is a free flowing combination of one or all of the following tools, Pranayam (yogic breathing), sitting meditation and inquiry, meditation in motion, chanting, yoga, and dyads (one on one reflective listening).

Yoga is fun - You do not need to be flexible to do yoga, you gain flexibility by doing yoga .

- You do not need balance to do yoga, You feel more balanced by doing yoga .
