Heated Hatha involves a series of Yoga Postures ( asanas ) designed to increase endurance, enhance symetry, and build strength.

The breath is the glue , holding together the mind and spirit in the body .

By focusing on breath and movement simutaneously we are able to feel a tri-binding life experience .

Yoga is fun - You do not need to be flexible to do yoga, you gain flexibility by doing yoga .

- You do not need balance to do yoga, You feel more balanced by doing yoga .

- You do not need strength to do yoga, you get stronger by doing yoga .

The benefits of Yoga postures are the same for the novice to the seasoned yogi.

Detox Yoga- Free flowing and warm moving generating a deep body cleansing. Lila Yoga- invite the rejuvenating quality of self-trust into our life. Heated Hatha- Vigorous movements to improve flexibility, strength, and balance Hatha Yoga- Gain discipline and confidence thru smooth structural asanas Energy Yoga - Youthfulness and vibrancy abound throughout this session Community Yoga- Free sessions open to the Public Non- Dual- Allows the breathe to precede the movement, acting as a guide Dance Yoga- Put a memorable moment of fun and freedom into your life "Kripalu YogaDance™ is a unique blend of accessible dance and guided movement that draws on practices and principles from yoga and is accompanied by fabulous music from around the world. It is a powerful and uplifting healing modality that creates a container of safety, passion, respect for the body, joyous laughter, and sacred space."

Lîla Yoga™ weaves together yoga postures, meditation and breathing practices, as we explore the possibility of living in brilliant ease and invite the rejuvenating quality of self-trust into our life. These practices are powerful means for maintaining discipline while also opening paths to freedom in the body and mind. Discover how this interplay of discipline and freedom provides a foundation for greater spiritual focus and growth.

Yoga for Energy is a class that uses Vinyasa posture flows at an intermediate intensity to harmonize the process of strengthening, opening to inner dimensions of flexibility, and realigning the body and mind through a breathing pattern of inhales and exhales in sync with the asana movements.

"Non-Dual Yoga combines non-dual philosophy with vinyasa posture flows. We learn the posture flows by coupling them with the inhale and exhale of the breath. With practice, we can watch the breathe do the posture flows. Our watching and absence of our action is Non-Dual Yoga."
