We are commited to fitness thru the practice of sound mind and body asanas.

Doug Hayward is offering his own special talents to the teaching of this ancient science designed to still the mind and allow the student to find more comfort being themselves. He has been teaching Yoga at Penn State UNiversity in State College since 1998.
