Yoga in State College

Teacher Practicioner Program

 Classes start anytime.

 Plan on your course work to last about 9 months. Cost is $ 1794.00 total for all six modules and includes 120 hours of asana practice, 90 hours of lecture / seminar on Hatha Yoga including in depth knowledge of many different styles.

 Classes will be held at 220A S. Allen Street State College, PA

  You will be attending a total of 200+ hours of training.

  The training will consist of the following:

     * Yoga postures

     * At least five different books, including The spirit and practice of Moving into Stillness

     * Light on Life,

     * Autobiography of a Yogi

     * Yoga Ramacharakas' Hatha Yoga
