Welcome to Yoga in State College!
WE are located in Downtown State College at 220 A. S. Allen Street . Our Phone # is 814-234-4900
WE offer 5 Tibetan Training Classes that last for 1 hour and go for four weeks.
The first class will be a presentation of the history and background of the 5 Tibetans as well as a presentation of the postures for beginners ( most anyone can do these )
The second week is a follow thru of more descriptive detail and presentation of the 5 Tibetan Postures.
The Third week is a presentation of the Chakra system and how it relates to the endocrine system
The fourth week works with the constructive use of the imagination and individual question and adjustments.
The class cost is $ 169.00 total and includes a video for later or sharing.
WE offer Classes in the ART OF LIVING which last for 6 days straight 2 1/2 to 3 hours a day (Inquire at Studio)
